Bob Lavey with a keeper 16/04 striped bass he caught in St. Leonard, MD. on 10# spin, a bass assasin and 1oz. bucktail. Bob said he is releasing up to 70 stripers a night. It appears that the stringent conservation measures of the past have paid off.
